According to a new study involving 275 human resource specialists in the U.K., professionals will lose sleep over:

1. Recruitment

2. Managing change

3. Staff morale

A need to manage organizational change isn’t uncommon; 73 percent of respondents said they encounter it on a frequent basis.

Eighty percent feel their organization performs well when managing change — yet some acknowledge areas for improvement exist. Sixty-one percent said better communication was needed; 57 percent hoped for greater staff involvement and 50 percent highlighted a need for improved planning.

The survey also gauged HR professionals’ take on Brexit. A fifth of respondents said they didn’t expect any related challenges; 59 percent said they plan to rely on technology to help them handle any changes.
