Historically, search fees are based on a percentage of the role’s salary, which reflected the power of the information a recruiter could gather at a time when names, titles, and contact details had to be manually discovered. At Talent Intelligence, we believe salary is no longer an appropriate basis for fees. Instead, we charge a fixed fee that reflects the time and resources we deploy to source, engage, and complete the search, and this results in fees up to 50% lower than those based on a percentage of salary.
We have over 20 years of experience in executive search, working with a wide range of global and Fortune 500 organizations. All projects are original work with fresh outreach and connections. We do not recycle a database of candidates and all individuals are delivered exclusively to your company – never offered to any of our other clients.

Using the TI Position Description process, all specific “Key Selection Criteria” will be discussed and agreed by both parties before any candidate outreach begins in order to ensure we’re aligned with your needs.
We’ll use what we’ve learned to create a talent map to vet candidates to make sure they check all the boxes you’re looking for in an executive position. From there, we’ll provide a range of candidate profiles showcasing each candidate’s strengths, backgrounds, career goals, and how they compare to the key selection criteria of the role. We’ll give you access to these profiles, as well as additional market insights that we’ve gathered through analysis and conversations with talent via a custom-built, interactive Talent Dashboard made available to stakeholders anywhere and anytime.
How Does Talent Intelligence Save Me Money When Compared to Traditional Search Services?
Whether the role you’re hiring for will eventually pay $125,000 or $350,000, the work we put into the search process to locate, engage with, and deliver candidates doesn’t change significantly. We don’t think you should have to pay more for the same amount of work. We know the value of the service we can provide to you and offer a flat rate fee that accurately reflects the resources and time we’ll need in order to identify and introduce the right talent to you.
