Fewer workers have faith in HR teams
A number of employees distrust HR — and workplaces in general, according to newly released data.
In a poll involving individuals who use the Blind workplace community app, only a quarter of respondents said they trust HR at their current employer.
Seventy percent said they don’t trust human resources. Four percent worked at organizations without an HR department
According to Blind, it’s not unusual for employees to say they feel HR is focused on protecting the employer, instead of employees. Workers have also expressed concern about HR teams failing to react to employee complaints in a timely or appropriate manner.
