Millennial workers need abundant feedback, the ability to feel they’re making an impact on a business and a 9 to 5 schedule, according to a July report from consultancy Korn Ferry’s Futurestep division.
Forty-four percent of millennials need a lot more feedback than other generations; 33 percent reportedly feel they need at least somewhat more feedback.
Forty percent of millennial workers say they’re somewhat less willing to work longer hours and weekends, compared to other generations in the workplace. Just 19 percent of Gen Y employees say they’re somewhat or much more willing to log in extra time.
