Eighty-five percent of early-career HR professionals and 75 percent of all HR professionals feel confident about job security, according to a new Society for Human Resource Management survey
Although the majority of early-career HR professionals felt they’d be able to remain at their current employer, they had less confidence that they could find a new job.
Sixty-three percent were somewhat or very confident, compared with 88 percent of HR professionals overall — which SHRM says may be the result of a lack of experience within their field.
