Respondents ranked improved morale, an enhanced sense of well-being and reduced stress as some of the top results of working in pet-friendly offices.
Having pets in the workplace can also influence employee retention efforts. Eighty-two percent of workers and 91 percent of HR professionals say they feel a greater sense of loyalty to employers that allow pets at work.
