Money won’t automatically buy workplace happiness, according to findings from a new survey from EventBoard.
More than 40 percent of U.S. survey respondents making $75,000-plus a year said they weren’t content in their current workplace. Fifty-eight percent making below $75,000, however, are happy or very happy.
Workers from various levels, ranging from interns to managers, identified a singular deterrent: Meetings that run long as the number one source of workplace conflict.
Nearly half of employees also noted that conflict resolution is important to establish workplace happiness.
