Deficient performance feedback is keeping employees from fully being engaged, according to a recent report from Quantum Workplace.
The study found that while staff engagement remained relatively flat between 2014 and 2015, manager-related factors that drive engagement declined.
The performance feedback software company’s analysis also found that health care was the least engaged industry and workers age 26 to 35 are the age group that shows the least amount of staff engagement.
